Patrick Baugier is a seasoned real estate investor with a 25+ year track record of delivering value through market-driven and opportunistic investment strategies. Throughout the course of his career, he has sourced, negotiated, acquired and disposed assets across the Tri-State area in the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. His acquisitions extend not solely in the United States, but in the Caribbean and France.

Gery Sampere began investing early in his professional career in New York City in the 1990s where he also sourced, negotiated, and acquired numerous residential apartments. Focused on real estate value creation and risk mitigation, Gery then acquired and resold multifamily, industrial, and commercial assets across Connecticut and New York. Gery led a successful 20-year career on Wall Street where he worked for financial institutions such as Moody’s, JPMorgan, Credit Suisse and is a retired Partner from Blue Mountain Capital, a multi-billion dollar hedge fund. Gery holds an MBA with distinction from New York University and is a Certified Financial Analyst.
